Do you ever wake up and realize that life is just not going your way…. You were taking a nice nap, frozen in the ice, and then you get yanked back into the real world…

Pretty Face

Yeah, I just got back from vacation, and I realized that I had not prepped this synopsis.  And that just makes me cranky. Kinda like this.

Close Up

Ya see, when the Fantastic Four vacation, they do not mess around. They pack everything. And they have to, I mean, how else can they show their powers.

Generic Powers

Power Pack just packs Jack.

James Dean

Ok, time to get serious. The kids have been kidnapped and are being forced to find the hidden and frozen Jakal, and then are flown across the universe.  I wonder how they feel about this, wonder if they will fight?

The Big Fight

Oh yeah….they will fight.  Yes…They will fight. They will also escape, but find them selves on Snarkworld.

Zoinks

But I am sure everything will turn out fine. Nothing bad will happen to anyone.

Kathoom

Beyond this awesome story, I would also like to point your attention to one of our fans, Gibson, who created this amazing PAWody. He is an artist and writer and does some great work. Please check out his work and enjoy this example of it.  https://lloydandthebear.com/

We are covering the alternate versions mini-series that started in 2005.  And also be sure to visit us on our website to see some pictures from this comic.

We also have some merchandise over at Redbubble.  Right now it is just shirts and other knick-knacks featuring our logo.  Eventually we will come up with some more stuff.  https://www.redbubble.com/people/jeffrickpresent/?asc=u

  1. Weird to say “things get real” in this storyline when we’re dealing with aliens and spaceships, but that’s how it felt when I first read this, and it still feels that way. The Pack has dealt with aliens and kidnapping and danger, but never like this. And poor James Power, being completely out of the loop. Yikes!

See, I agree with Jakal’s strategy. “If I keep blasting, The Energizer will eventually overload and explode or something!” It’s been done successfully a million times in comics! Why shouldn’t it work here? Answer: underestimating Katie, like everybody does.

Oh, the arguing! Yes, it got old. Is that what siblings do when under stress? Heck yeah! But maybe put it on hold for just a minute to ESCAPE FROM THE SNARKS? YA THINK?

I have to give another shout out to Jon Bogdanove’s artwork. He brings lots of excitement to the drama of the story. It’s great to revisit his early work again.

It may be rough waiting for the next episode to come out. Gotta keep this story moving, Pack-Men!

    1. It is always funny/bothersome to me when I see the “punch them till it works” bit in comics. Like there are so many times where the villain ignores/is immune to what the hero can do right up to the point when it defeats them. Same thing with mega monsters. One was deadly and we barely escaped with our lives, how will we survive more of them? It always turns out that they survive them quite handily…in fact, the mega monster is now basically an inconvenience. Okay, that was my soap box. I am off of it now.

James, oh James…he is the one that holds my attention in this run. His wife is in the hospital and all of his kids are missing. I really don’t know how he holds it together as well as he does.

I think that you will like the next show…got a little surprise for ya. 😉 I have faith that you can hold out and make it through the two week wait.

      Later.
